Eligibility
The BossTek Coffee Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of BossTek and its affiliates, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. By entering, participants confirm they meet all eligibility requirements. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law or where registration or bonding is required.

How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, submit a photo or video that aligns with the contest guidelines provided on the BossTek website. Entries must be submitted by the specified deadline, and each participant may submit only one entry unless otherwise specified. Entries should be original, free of offensive content, and not infringe on any third-party rights.

Ownership, Licensing & Usage Rights
By submitting a photo or video, participants affirm they own all rights to their media and that it is original and free from any claims of ownership by third parties. This license allows BossTek to use the media for promotional purposes indefinitely without further consent or compensation.

By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BossTek, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of or related to participation in this giveaway, acceptance or use of the prize, or any misuse of submitted content. BossTek assumes no responsibility for lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical issues or other causes beyond its control.
