The booster pump has a minimum pressure switch that detects water pressure prior to it reaching the inlet of the pump. In order for the pump to run, the pressure switch must be detecting at least 20 PSI and consistent water flow. If pressure falls below the 20 PSI threshold, the pump will either not turn on or shut down in order to protect itself. Please be aware that, depending on the water supply, it’s possible for the machine to have plenty of pressure but once the pump turns on, the pressure drops.
Check to make sure that no E-Stops are pushed in. To fully disengage one, make sure to pull and turn at the same time. Oftentimes the buttons will get pushed in during the shipping process, which will stop any machine function.

Check to ensure a solid connection between the HMI (touchscreen) and the PLC (found in the control panel). If there is nothing wrong with this connection, double check to make sure no E-Stops are pushed in.
